Timeline and INfo
- July 1, 1998 – Neighborhood matching grant program
- July 22, 1998 – Initial proposal meeting invitation
- Jan. 1, 1999 – 24 houses contribute $200 each
- Jan. 11, 1999 – $4847.50 delivered to Felt Lighting
- ???, 1999 – Lights installed
- Sep. 2, 1999 – City recorded the grant agreement for their $4847.50 contribution.
- Sep. 20, 1999 – Invitation to Patio Party to discuss annual maintenance fee
- Sep. 22, 1999 – Letter to neighbors re annual fee, committee of 3 elected (Bill, Jann, Doris), bank account opened, $10 assessed per residence
- Sep. 15, 2000 – $220 donations collected for repair fund.
- July 18, 2005 – Potluck meeting and update. $5 assessment per residence. Committee: Bill, Paul, Doris
- Oct. 3, 2011 – Lighting committee Ice Cream Social. $10 requested per residence for seasonal lights and repairs. $150 collected. Committee: Doris, Paul, Valda
- Sep. 20, 2013 – $10 Lighting donations requested. Collected $120.
- Oct. 1, 2014 – Lighting funds update – no maintenance fee requested this year.
- Oct. 12, 2015 – Lighting get-together, pie and ice cream. No maintenance fee requested this year.
- Oct. 1, 2018 – Chris and Elizabeth take over lighting from Valda and Doris. $77 in the repair fund.
- Oct. 12, 2020 – Status letter requesting $20 per household donations.
- Dec 1, 2020 – Thankyou letter to neighbors. $360 raised.
- Jan 19, 2022 – Accounting Update and $10 request.
- Jan 23, 2023 – Update letter, new “committee”, and funds transfer.

Some redacted documents are linked here, but for privacy reasons others can only be shared with members of the neighborhood project.
